This my friends is J.Cole the latest rapper to destroy the mixtape scene.
His first mixtape 'The Come Up' had me listening but didnt have me convinced
that dude goes and drops 'The Warm Up' and things get complicated
I can honestly say its the best mixtape/album i have heard all year....
(im still waitin to see if my boo Drake produces with 'Thank me later')
Now a lot of people aren't taking note of this guy simply cause their too caught up with
this years SHOOTING STAR Drake (well deserved by the way).
What this guy has done on this mixtape CANNOT BE IGNORED...tracks like
'Dreams'.... 'the badness'....'lights please' and 'loosing my balance' just have to be
ackowleged ....SIMPLE AS.
He's definitely not as commercial as DRIZZY...which is why people are prolly finding
it hard to get into him...but this is original SAY WHATS REAL HIP HOP.
My advice to you dont knock it...till you've tried it
